General Election Dates:
Voter Registration is the responsibility of your County Clerk. You may register to vote through the services of a certified Voter Registrar or in person at the Office of your County Clerk or any Department of Motor Vehicles office. You may also register on-line at any of various websites.

Typically you will fill out a form to submit to your County Clerk along with proof of residency, such as a utility bill addressed to you. Once you receive your voter registration card, it will indicate which precinct is yours and your correct polling place.
You must be a U.S. citizen, 18 years of age on or before the date of the next election, and have resided in your precinct for 30 days prior to the election. Voter Registration is closed 27 days before any election and 2 days after.
